东方锅炉二次再热超超临界循环流化床锅炉开发

【摘要】 在相同的蒸汽压力温度条件下,采用二次再热能使机组热经济性得到提高。东方锅炉在自主开发600 MW超临界CFB锅炉成功经验的基础上,结合公司煤粉锅炉二次再热开发的经验,完成了660 MW二次再热超超临界CFB锅炉开发。该锅炉方案以环形炉膛、旋风分离器、回料器及外置式换热器组成的主循环回路为核心,较好地解决二次再热超超临界CFB锅炉受热面协调、再热蒸汽温度调节及水动力安全等问题。锅炉主蒸汽参数高,能够满足机组的热效率提高的目的。
【Abstract】 Under the same steam pressure and temperature conditions,the thermal efficiency could be further improved by the use of double reheat system.Based on the successful development experiences of the 600 MW supercritical CFB boiler and also combined with the double reheat system experiences from pulverized coal boilers,the design and development of Dongfang’s ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boilers with double reheat system has completed.In the boiler scheme,the main circulation loop consisted of annular shape furnace,cyclones,loop seals and external heat exchangers and consequently the boiler can coordinate well on several key points such as the heat surfaces arrangement,the reheat steam temperature adjustment and the hydrodynamic safety security.With the sufficient high steam parameters,the thermal efficiency of the whole unit could be therefore improved significantly.
