耐高温环氧基体树脂的制备及其固化动力学研究

【摘要】 以多官能环氧树脂JP-80与活性聚酰亚胺增韧剂、活性稀释剂和固化剂为主原料,研制得到了综合性能优越的耐高温环氧基体树脂。利用其温度对粘度、凝胶化时间的影响,以及高低温下的拉伸剪切强度,对其性能进行了研究,并利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了胶粘剂的固化动力学,得到反应的表观活化能(Ea),反应级数(n)及频率因子(A)。
【Abstract】 Based on main raw materials of the JP-80 epoxy resin,active polyimide resin,reactive diluent and curing agent,the novel epoxy matrix resin with high temperature resistance was prepared.The performance was systematically studied by viscosity-temperature dependence,gel time-temperature dependence,tensile shear strength at different temperatures.Then the curing kinetics was further studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) to achieve the data such as apparent activation energy(Ea),reaction order(n) and pre-exponential factor(A).
