伴生物质对何首乌中药水提液微滤过程的影响

【摘要】 目的研究伴生物质对何首乌中药水提液微滤过程的影响.方法从物理化学参数、有效成分膜透过率、高分子膜截留率及特征指纹图谱多角度分析不同压力、流速及膜孔径条件下微滤变化规律,并探讨不同条件下微滤过程中膜污染机理.结果微滤精制前后,电导率与浊度变化显著降低,pH与黏度变化较小;高分子截留率随膜孔径增大而降低,随压力、流速增大而增大;指标成分透过率较为显著.以上不同条件下各微滤过程,通量均呈缓慢降低趋势、膜污染阻力均呈缓慢增加趋势.结论何首乌中高分子等伴生物质对膜过程有很大的影响.

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of accompanying materials in aqueous solution extract from polygonum multiflorum thunb on microfiltration process.Method Base on the physical and chemical parameters,permeation rate,rejection rate of macromolecular materials,fingerprint chromatogram,try to find out the change rules of microfiltration through these multiple perspective analyses under transmembrane pressures,flowing velocities and pore size membrane conditions.At the same time,analysis the change trend on the different flux and membrane fouling in microfiltration process under different condition.Result Before and after microfiltration,conductivity and turbidity changes significantly reduced,but pH and viscosity changes smaller,rejection rate of macromolecular materials reduce along with the membrane pore size increased,with the transmembrane pressure,flow velocity increases;Composition of transmittance seems as intermediate conditions is better.Above the microfiltration process under different conditions,the flux all showed a trend of slow decrease,while membrane fouling resistance all showed a trend of slow increase.Conclusion Accompanying materials in aqueous solution extract from polygonum multiflorum thunb have a great impact on microfiltration process.
