【摘要】 民宿是乡村旅游中"农家乐"的提档升级,也是新型城镇化进程中关联民生的旅游新业态。但大陆的民宿研究与民宿产业处于起步阶段。台湾民宿经过30余年的发展,已经从"容器"到"磁极",处于成熟阶段。其产业发展离不开学术研究的指导与推动。因此,对台湾民宿研究从内容和特征进行探讨,分析学术研究与产业互动的规律,进而对大陆的民宿研究提出借鉴方向,以期充分发挥学者的"智库"作用,有效指导民宿的集聚效应实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 The B&B upgraded the "Nongjiale" in the rural tourism, which was the tourism new model related livelihood in the process of urbanization.But the industry and research of the B&B in the mainland were in the initial stage. Taiwan B & B after 30 years of development, has been from the "container" to the "attraction", also at the mature stage. Its industrial development cannot do without the guidance and promotion of academic research. Therefore, the research on the Taiwan B&B from the content and features, analysising the interaction between academic research and industry, then putting forward to study B&B the reference direction in the mainland, in order to give full "think tank" role to the scholars, realizing the effective guidance of agglomeration effect of B&B.更多还原
