【摘要】 目的:探讨Ploglide血管闭合器在颈动脉狭窄支架成形术(CAS)后患者应用的护理要点。方法:对80例CAS术后的患者,行Ploglide血管内闭合器封闭股动脉穿刺处,并采取相应护理措施。观察术后恢复情况及评估护理措施。结果:患者于术后4~6 h可下床活动,仅3例患者活动后出血,经及时处理后恢复良好。患者舒适度增加,无严重的并发症和痛苦。结论:CAS术后应用Ploglide血管封堵器安全、有效,减少并发症和卧床时间,针对性的护理是保障疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study nursing care of Ploglide vascular closing device in CAS patients.Methods:80 cases undergoing CAS received Ploglide vascular closing device to close femoral artery puncture hole,as well as received appropriate nursing measures. The nursing interventions were evalued.Results:Only 3 patients were bleeding after 4~6 hours since operatinon,but recovered after timely treatment. There were not serious complications and pain. The comfortability patients was increased. Conclusion Using Ploglide vascular closure device after CAS is safe and effective,and reduces complications and time in bed. Targeted care is the key factor for the efficacy.更多还原
