【摘要】 目的:探讨PCDH10在子宫内膜腺样癌细胞中的表达特征,为子宫内膜腺样癌的早期诊断和治疗提供参考指标。方法:收集2013年6月到2014年6月期间在我院妇产科手术切除的子宫内膜腺样癌组织和正常子宫内膜组织各40例。同时,按照细胞培养法对子宫内膜腺样癌细胞系细胞进行传代培养。利用RT-PCR和实时荧光定量PCR法分别对子宫内膜腺样癌组织、正常子宫内膜组织和子宫内膜腺样癌细胞系中PCDH10的表达特征进行检测。结果:PCDH10基因在正常子宫内膜组织高表达,在子宫内膜腺样癌组织和子宫内膜腺样癌细胞系中均表达沉默。结论:PCDH10基因在子宫内膜腺样癌的发生发展中有着重要的作用;它在子宫内膜腺样癌细胞中低表达,有抑癌基因的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore PCDH10 expression in human endometrioid endometrial adenocarcinoma cells, providing reference index for early diagnosis and treatment of it.Methods: the clinical data of each 40 cases endometrial tissue from June 2013 to June 2014 are used to make the surgery. Meanwhile according to the cell culture method to passage the cells. By RT-PCR and real-time PCR method to detecte the PCDH10 m RNA expression in adenoid endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrial tissue and endometrial cancer cell lines. Result: PCDH10 gene in normal endometrial tissue is highly expressed,in contrast,in endometrial carcinoma and adenoid endometrial cancer cell lines were expressed silencely.Conclusion: PCDH10 gene play an important role in human endometrioid endometrial edenocarcinoma. It express in edenocarcinoma lowly so it may be a tumor suppressor gene.更多还原
