【摘要】 BIM的应用将是建筑业未来发展的基本方向。本文对当前BIM技术的应用进行了简单回顾,并从三个方面对BIM技术的应用发展进行介绍:首先介绍了BIM的关键技术,即IFC、IDM和IFD;接着介绍了各国为推动BIM技术的应用,目前正根据各自不同的情况分别制订的国家标准、指导方针或者发展纲要;最后介绍了应用BIM技术的一种新工作模式——IPD模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper has a brief review about the applications of current BIM technology,and gives an introduction of the development of BIM in three aspects.The first one is the key technology of BIM,i.e.:IFC,IDM and IFD.To promote the applications of BIM,countries are now developing national standards,guidelines or development program according to their different situations.IPD,a new working mode of the applications of BIM is introduced in this paper also.The applications of BIM will be the basic developmental trend of the construction industry in the future.更多还原
