【摘要】 以管理学为学科视角的社会组织评估研究有它的价值,但未触及社会组织评估现存问题的深层次原因。威权主义政治形态是目前社会组织评估的政治制度基础,压力型体制与运动模式与评估的科学、规范产生矛盾,导致社会组织评估存在诸多问题。改变的路径是调整现有的国家-社会关系状态,通过法律制度为核心的政治制度建设创设使社会由弱变强的政治制度环境,为社会组织评估提供政治制度供给,构建强国家-强社会的关系状态,在此基础上建设科学的社会组织评估制度与机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The perspective of study about social organization evaluation based on the subject angle of management theory has its value. But this study cannot touch the deep causes of the social organization evaluation problems. Nowadays, authoritarian regime is the political system foundation of social organization evaluation. The contradictions between the pressurized system, the motion model and scientific and normative evaluation lead to many social organization evaluation problems. The followings are the ways of reforming: adjust the existing relationship condition between state and society. Create a political environment which makes our society from weak to strong by political system construction and attaching more importance to legal system. Provide a political system supply for social organization evaluation. Construct the relationship condition between strong state-strong society, and construct the scientific social organization evaluation system and mechanism foundation of the relationship between strong state-strong society.更多还原
