钢铁企业蒸汽回收利用的热力学分析

【摘要】 近年来,由于国家政策对能源管制逐渐放开,能源价格主要受市场供需影响一直走高,也使钢铁企业的成本不断增加。而蒸汽动力系统是企业中的耗能大户,所以研究合理的蒸汽需求和利用方式对企业的能源节约具有重要意义。以此为研究背景,本文分析了钢铁工业的蒸汽余热回收节能潜力,通过调研和分析了解到钢铁企业蒸汽的生产及其在主生产工序、辅助工序和生活中的利用情况;剖析了各工序中蒸汽的利用和回收过程,了解到钢铁企业蒸汽系统存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出解决方案,对蒸汽的回收利用进行热力学分析;结合企业实际,制定蒸汽系统合理利用的评价指标,以衡量蒸汽能源介质产生及利用的好坏;通过指标的大小寻找影响指标的因素,以便制定改善措施,节约能源;同时确定余热蒸汽回收利用的基本原则,以判定哪些余热蒸汽需要进行热回收,哪些余热蒸汽需要进行动力回收。

【Abstract】 In recent years, due to the gradual opening of national policy on energy control, the fact that the price of energy is influenced by market supply and demand keeps growth trend, as well as the cost of iron and steel enterprise is increased. The steam power system is the energy-hungry business in enterprise, so it is importance to study the rational steam demand and the using way for energy saving of enterprise. As this background, this paper analyzes the energy saving potential of steam waste heat recovery in iron and steel industry. And through research, learned steam produce of iron and steel enterprise and the utilize situation of its main production processes, auxiliary processes and life. Analyzed the use and recovery process in each step of steam and learned the main problem has existence in steam system of iron and steel enterprise. Then propose solutions to these problems that do thermodynamic analysis to steam waste heat recovery system. Combined with the business reality, develop evaluation indicators of the rational use of steam system to measure how well the steam energy media produce and use. Through the size of index indicators to find the factors that affect index indicators, in order to develop improvement measures and energy conservation. At the same time, determine the basic principles of steam waste heat recovery, in order to determine which steam waste heat need to be heat recovery and which steam waste heat require for power recovery.
