转炉煤气最小点火能的实验研究

【摘要】 本文采用电容火花放电法,在常温常压下,测量了不同浓度转炉煤气的点火能。主要研究了CO化学当量比、CO体积分数对转炉煤气点火能的影响规律。结果表明:同种转炉煤气的点火能随着CO化学当量比的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,当CO当量比为1.5时,点火能达到最小值;不同组分转炉煤气的最小点火能随着CO体积分数的增加而减小;转炉煤气的最小点火能为0.2-0.4mJ。
【Abstract】 the capacitance of spark discharge method was used in this paper,we measured ignition energy of the converter gas which were different concentrations under the normal temperature and pressure conditions. The effects of CO stoichiometric ratio and CO volume fraction on the minimum ignition of converter gas were investigated,and we got reliable data. Results show that the minimum ignition energy of converter gas shows an increasing trend after the first decrease as stoichiometric increase and reaches a minimum when the stoichiometric ratio is about 1.5; the minimum ignition energy of different converter gases decreases with CO volume fraction increasing,the minimum ignition of converter gas is 0.2-0.4mJ.
