生物油裂解制氢吸附剂前驱体的选择

【摘要】 针对目前生物油制氢存在氢产率、氢气浓度低等问题,学者发现如果将反应产生的CO2吸附可以提高氢气浓度、氢产率。本文通过热重实验分析不同前驱体(醋酸钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙)、不同温度对吸附剂吸附二氧化碳的影响,发现煅烧醋酸钙获得的氧化钙吸附率最佳,其最佳吸附温度为750℃,通过循环实验发现,煅烧醋酸钙获得的氧化钙还具有较高的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Researchers notice that the concentration and the yield of hydrogen can be improved when the CO2 which is produced during the reaction is adsorbed. The findings can solve the problems in the production of hydrogen through the method of bio-oil such as the hydrogen yield and concentration is low. The influence of different precursors(calcium acetate, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide)and temperatures on the adsorption of CO2 are demonstrated through the tests of thermosgravimetry. The results show that the highest adsorption efficiency of CO2 can be achieved when the Ca O which is calcined from acetic acid is applied. The most appropriate temperature of the reaction is 750℃.The cycle test finds that the stability of the Ca O which is calcined from acetate acid is greatest.
