【摘要】 以TODI/聚己内酯二醇合成半预聚法体系的异氰酸酯组分,由大分子量聚己内酯、中等分子量聚己内酯和小分子二醇组成扩链剂组分,合成了一系列聚氨酯弹性体。考查了扩链剂配比对性能的影响。结果表明,加入中等分子量聚己内酯改善扩链剂组分的相容性,实现了任何硬度下的双组分体系。同时还比较了TODI半预聚物体系和MDI半预聚物体系的工艺性能和物理性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstreact:Quasi-prepolymer systems was synthetize based on TODI/polycaprolactone diol from big-molecular weight polycaprolactone,secondary molecular weight polycaprolactone and micromolecule diol.Component of chain extender was constituted.A series of polyurethane elastomer was synthetized.Effects of property was examined about proportioning of chain extender.The results showed through secondary molecular weight polycaprolactone was add.Consistent of chain extender component was improve.System two-component about any hardness was realized.Technological properties and physical propertiesof TODI quasi-prepolymer systems and MDI quasi-prepolymer systems was compared.更多还原
