大气颗粒物中锑的ICP-MS分析酸溶样方法研究

【摘要】 本文研究了大气颗粒物中锑元素ICP-MS分析的不同酸溶样方法。通过对美国标准与技术研究所颁发的城市空气颗粒物标准物质SRM1648a作对照分析,结果表明使用微波高压密封容器的硝酸、过氧化氢和氢氟酸等混合酸溶样是锑分析的最有效溶样方法。此外,实验室本底分析显示聚酯塑料瓶是锑分析本底的主要来源。

【Abstract】 Different wet-digestion methods were compared for the digestion of airborne particle samples prior to the determination of antimony by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results obtained for antimony in the digested standard reference material(SRM 1648 a issued by National Institute of Standards and Technology of USA,airborne particles collected in an urban area) indicated that the microwave digestion method using closed-vessels with a proper mixture of acids is the most effective for the digestion of airborne particulate matter.In light of the results,the combination of nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and hydrofluoric acid is the preferred acid mixture for digestion of airborne particulate matter in antimony analysis.In addition,blanks of antimony from plastic bottles of storage of sample solutions were determined,showing that the polyester bottle was an important contamination source of antimony in our laboratory.
