【摘要】 本文综述了植物内生真菌的生物多样性及其与寄主的相互关系,并对内生真菌的分离纯化和鉴定技术进行了小结。另外,本文还对植物内生真菌产生的次生代谢产物进行了概述,主要包括抗菌物质、杀虫物质、抗肿瘤物质、植物生长调节类物质等。最后,对植物内生真菌研究中存在问题进行了讨论并对其发展前景进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized the biological diversity of endophytic fungi and the unique interaction between the endophytic fungi and their hosts.Then,the purification and identification techniques were simply described.In addition,the endophytic fungi produce secondary metabolites were summarized,which mainly include bactericidal substances,insecticidal substances,antitumor substances,plant growth regulators as well as the others.Finally,the problems existing in research of endophytic fungi were discussed and its development foreground was prospected.更多还原
