【摘要】 目的探讨视频健康教育方式在普外科围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法将某三级甲等医院普外科2个病区120例患者按病区分为两组,1病区和2病区各60例,1病区患者设为实验组,2病区患者对照组。实验组采用视频教育教育方式,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,均结合针对患者疑问的一对一指导。结果实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组,两组患者围手术期知识知晓率、自我护理技能准确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普外科围手术期健康教育视频的应用有利于提高健康教育效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of applying video on perioperative health education among patients in the Department of General Surgery. Methods 120 patients from 2 Wards of Department of General Surgery in a 3rd-grade Class-A hospital were divided into two groups by different wards, 60 cases in each group. Ward 1 was set to the control group and Ward 2 was set to the observation group. Control group received traditional health education mode, observation group were given by the video pattern, and one-to- one guidance if required for further consultation. Results Satisfaction degree of observation group was much higher than that of control group, both awareness to perioperative knowledge and efficiency of self-care skills of patients from 2 groups were significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusion Application of video on perioperative health education in the Department of General Surgery is helpful to improve the effectiveness of health education.更多还原
