刮痧按摩在玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度护理的应用

【摘要】 目的提高玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度。方法:将50例玻璃体切割术后患者分为观察组、对照组。护理人员对观察组实施按照一定的经络穴位进行刮痧按摩结果:实行刮痧按摩术后的患者自我舒适度评价(睡眠质量提高、头痛、胸闷、颈肩背腰疼痛、四肢麻木减轻、消化不良改善)显著优于对照组(p<0.01)结论:刮痧按摩有助于提高玻璃体切割术后患者舒适度,提高患者的依从性,巩固手术疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective improve the comfort postoperative patients after vitrectomy. Methods: 50 cases of vitrectomy postoperative patients were divided into observation group and control group. The nursing staff of the observation group scraping massage according to the mainandcollateral channels acupoints.results: the scrapping massage postoperative patients self comfort evaluation(sleep quality improvement, headache, chest distress, neck waist pain, numbness of limbs loss, indigestion improve) is significantly better than that in control group(p < 0.01) conclusion: scrapping massage helps to improve the vitrectomy postoperative patients comfort, improve patient compliance, consolidate the operation curative effect.更多还原
