【摘要】 目的:探讨后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术治疗乳糜尿的围手术期的护理方法,提高临床护理质量。方法:对我院2008年12月至2012年12月实施25例后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术的患者进行个体化围手术期护理指导,分析相关因素与围手术期并发症的关系。结果:25例手术均获得成功,无严重护理并发症发生,术后72~96 h下床活动,平均住院时间6~9 d。术后尿常规及乳糜尿实验均正常。结论:后腹腔镜肾蒂淋巴管结扎术围手术期个体化护理,可有效减少和避免相关并发症发生,是手术成功和患者康复的有效补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the perioperative nursing methods of retroperitoneoscopic disconnection of renal pedical lymphatic vessels for chyluria, improving the quality of clinical nursing. Methods: 25 cases of chyluria underwent retroperitoneoscopic disconnection of renal pedical lymphatic ligation after individualized perioperative nursing instruction during December 2008 and December 2012 were analyzed the related factors and the relationship between perioperative complications. Results:25 cases with retroperitoneoscopic disconnection of renal pedical lymphatic ligation were successful, no serious complications, ambulation aftet 72 ~ 96 h of postoperative, the average hospital stay were 6 ~ 9 d. The routine urine and chyluria experiment were normal after the surgery. Conclusions: The individualized perioperative nursing instruction of retroperitoneoscopic disconnection of renal pedical lymphatic ligation for chyluria can effectively reduce and prevent related complications, It is an effective supplement for successful operation and patients rehabilitation.更多还原
