【摘要】 目的了解医务人员血源性职业暴露的危险因素,探讨预防措施。方法对2011年1-12月血源性职业暴露事件进行调查。结果锐器伤职业暴露风险最高;护士及执业低年资人员为职业暴露的高危人群;在所有暴露源中,乙型肝炎占首位。结论进一步规范操作流程,提供先进的防护用具,加强职业暴露预防教育,建立健全职业暴露发生后的保障体系,可有效地减少职业暴露的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors of occupational exposure to blood source among medical staffs and to explore the preventive strategies. Methods The medical staffs with occupational exposure to blood source were investigated from January to December of 2011. Results The sharp instrument injury was the most common type of the occupational exposure to blood source; the nurses and junior staffs were the high-risk group of occupational exposure; the proportion of occupational exposure to HBV was highest among the other sources. Conclusions It is important to reduce the risk of occupational exposure by enhancing the specification of procedure, supplying the advanced protective equipment, training of medical staffs, and strengthening the report and effective treatment after exposure.更多还原
