火工药剂爆温的双光谱测定法

【摘要】 本文采用原子发射光谱法,使用了一套光纤测温系统分别对三种起爆药以及三种猛炸药的瞬态爆温进行了实时测定。测得叠氮化铅、叠氮肼镍和硝酸肼镍三种起爆药的爆温分别为3507K、3188K和4220K,测得太安、黑索今和六硝基茋三种炸药的爆温分别为2322K、3088K和2490K,所得结果与文献值非常接近。结果表明,原子发射光谱双光谱法具有响应速度快、时间分辨率高、测温范围广,且采用非接触测温,适应性强、安全可靠,是测量火工药剂爆温的一种好方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the dual-line atomic spectrometry, the transient detonation temperature of explosives were measured in this paper, using a set of optical fiber temperature measurement system. In the test, the detonation temperature of lead azide, MHA and MHN were 3507 K, 3188 K and 4220 K,respectively. And the detonation temperature of PETN,RDX and HNS were 2322 K,3088K and 2490 K, respectively. The measured temperatures showed good agreement with respect to those of references. This study shows that the dual-line atomic emission spectrometry has the characteristics of high response, high time resolution(up to 10ns),wide measurement range, and non-contact, strong adaptability, secure and reliable. It can be concluded that this method is a good way to measure the detonation temperature of explosives.
