传爆药短脉冲起爆感度试验研究
Shock Initiation Characteristics of Boosters Effect by Short Duration Pulse

【摘要】 为了研究传爆药短脉冲冲击起爆特性,利用金属箔电爆炸驱动飞片产生的短脉冲加载技术和兰利法试验程序,研究了FOX-7、JH-14及PBX-1三种传爆药在聚酯薄膜飞片加载时的起爆阈值,获得了这三种炸药50%起爆概率条件下的阈值电压。采用DISAR装置进一步研究了三种传爆药在对应阈值电压时聚酯薄膜飞片的速度历程,获得了FOX-7、JH-14及PBX-1三种传爆药50%起爆阈值判据tpj2,结果分别为4.625GPa2·μs、2.70GPa2·μs和2.395GPa2·μs。试验结果表明,在短脉冲作用下,FOX-7炸药最安全,PBX-1炸药最敏感。
【Abstract】 In order to study the shock initiation characteristics of the boosters effect by short duration pulse, using the electric gun and the Langglie statistical method, the initiation-thresholds of FOX-7,JH-14 and PBX-1under impact of the Mylar flyer driven by electric gun were investigated, and the voltage-thresholds of 50% initiation probability were obtained. Then the velocity histories of flyers driven by electric gun at the voltage-thresholds were measured by Displacement Interferometer System for Any Reflector(DISAR), and the initiation-thresholds tpj2 of FOX-7,JH-14 and PBX-1 were 4.625GPa2·μs、2.70GPa2·μs and 2.395GPa2·μs respectively. The results showed that the short duration pulse shock initiation sensitivity of FOX-7、JH-14 and PBX-1, the FOX-7 was the most safe,and the PBX-1 was the most sensitive.
