TATB基PBX在机械应力加载下经高温老化后的性能研究
Study on the Properties of TATB Based PBX Under Mechanical Stress Undergoing High Temperature Accelerated Aging Test

【摘要】 对某TATB基PBX在机械应力载荷作用下经高温老化后的尺寸及力学性能进行了初步研究。结果表明,该PBX炸药在拉伸应力载荷下经高温65℃加速老化后,其在拉伸应力方向的尺寸出现了不可逆长大,拉伸强度、拉伸破坏应变及拉伸蠕变速率均出现了明显下降;在压缩应力载荷下经高温老化后,其轴向尺寸不可逆缩小、径向尺寸不可逆长大,压缩模量、压缩破坏应变及压缩蠕变速率均明显下降,但压缩强度却增强。
【Abstract】 The dimensions and mechanical properties of TATB based PBX under tensile and compression mechanical stree are tested undergoing high-temperature accelerated aging test. The results show that the axial direction dimension increased inreversible and the tensile strength,tensile failure strain,tensile creep rate obviously degraded after aging 60 days at high-temperature 65 with tensile load stress. And at the compression stress, the ℃PBX’s axial direction dimension decreased inreversible, the radial direction dimension increased inreversible, and except it’s compress strength enhanced, it’s compress modulus,compress failure strain and compress creep rate all degraded.
