热固PBX用123树脂的纤维增韧研究

【摘要】 为提高以123树脂为基体的高聚物粘接炸药的力学性能和安全性能,本文采用碳纤维、聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维等三种短切纤维材料对123树脂进行纤维复合增韧。通过开展拉伸和压缩试验,分别对其断裂强度和断裂能进行表征,研究不同的短切纤维材料对123树脂力学性能的影响。研究表明,123树脂中添加与其性能相匹配的短切纤维后,材料韧性有一定程度的改善,抗拉性能显著提高,但对抗压性能影响不大。碳纤维对123树脂抗拉强度的提高效果最优,而玻璃纤维对123树脂的拉伸断裂韧性改善效果最优,添加玻璃纤维的123树脂断裂能提高44.9%。
【Abstract】 Three types of short fibers(carbon fiber, polyester fiber and glass fiber) were used to toughen 123 resin, in order to improve the mechanical properties and safety properties of plastic bonded explosive using 123 resin as the adhesive. Through the tensile and compressive tests, the fracture intensity and fracture energy were characterized both in tension and compression state, and the influence of short fibers on the mechanical properties of 123 resin was investigated. The results show that, after the adding of short fibers, the toughness of 123 resin is increased, and the tensile properties are improved significantly, but there is little influence on the compressive properties. For 123 resin, the carbon fiber is the best additive to improve its tensile intensity, and the glass fiber is the best additive to improve its toughness, which can increase the fracture energy by 44.9 %.
