一种突发水污染中铬(Ⅵ)的应急快速检测方法研究

【摘要】 以二苯碳酰二肼为显色剂,氯化钠为增溶剂,制成固体混合试剂;同时用硫酸提供酸性介质,组装成快速检测试剂盒,建立了一种突发水污染中铬(Ⅵ)的应急快速检测方法。此方法具有试剂用量少、保存时间长,测量快速、准确度好的特点,并且可以实现批量测定。利用此方法检测水样中的铬(Ⅵ),结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 A rapid detection kit and emergent rapid detection method which could be used to detect chromate (Ⅵ) in sudden water pollution were established.The solid mixed agent was formed by using diphenylcarbazide as chromogenic agent and sodium chloride to improve its solubility, while the acidic medium was provided by sulfuric acid..The regents were less consumed in this method and could be reserved in long period time.The measurement was quick and accurate and batch detection could also be approached.The proposed method was applied to the determination of chromate (Ⅵ) in environmental water samples,giving satisfactory results.
