高炉炉缸耐火材料应用现状及重要技术指标

【摘要】 高炉炉缸耐火材料的性能对高炉长寿有着重要的影响。高炉炉缸部位采用的耐火材料可分为如下三种:以碳质为主的炭砖,以高铝质为主的刚玉砖,以及炭质和高铝质适当比例复合的碳复合砖。经过多年应用,炭砖和陶瓷杯用刚玉砖都出现了不足之处,碳复合砖兼顾了刚玉砖和炭砖的优点,弥补了两者的不足之处,具有很好的发展前景。本文就炉缸用耐火材料的几个重要指标进行分析,包括导热系数、铁水溶蚀指数、抗炉渣侵蚀性和微气孔化指标,并对比分析了炭砖、陶瓷杯用刚玉砖和碳复合砖的以上性能。结果显示,碳复合砖的综合性能较好,并提出耐火材料的研发应注重各项指标协调综合提高。

【Abstract】 Blast furnace hearth with quality refractories has an important impact on BF longevity.Blast furnace hearth refractory materials used can be divided into three categories as follows:the carbon brick,with high C content;the corundum brick,with high A1203 content;the carbon composite brick;with mixed C and A1203 appropriate proportion.After many years of application,the carbon brick and the corundum brick used by ceramic cup structure appear some disadvantages.Carbon composite brick combines advantages of corundum brick and carbon brick,andmake up for their deficiencies.This paper analyzes several important indexes for the hearth refractory materials,including thermal conductivity,hot iron corrosion,slag corrosion and micro porosity index,and analyzesabove performance of aeramic cup structure,corundum brick and carbon composite brick.The results showed thatthe comprehensive performance of carbon composite brick is better,and the development of refractories should pay attention to thecoordination of comprehensive indexes to improve.
