安全长寿炉底炉缸内衬及结构技术的应用

【摘要】 由于入炉原料品位的下降和不稳定性,严重影响到高炉的安全生产和长寿,仅仅靠提高炭砖和陶瓷杯材料的质量性能已不能满足高炉长寿的需要。碳复合砖很好的结合了炭砖和陶瓷杯材料的优点。又同时克服了它们各自存在的不足,特别是很好的解决了炭砖的抗铁溶蚀性、抗氧化性和抗锌侵蚀性差的问题,成为高炉炉底炉缸内衬的换代产品,通过对结构的改进,形成了独特的"安全长寿炉底炉缸内衬及结构技术"。该技术完全可以在不同容积高炉上使用,并且在低品位炉料、高强度冶炼、频繁更换原燃料种类的恶劣条件下,确保炉底炉缸部位温度梯度分布合理、热流强度适宜,使冷却系统充分发挥作用,从而保证炉底炉缸部位的安全,实现高炉操作安全、生产高效、健康长寿。

【Abstract】 Due to the decline and instability of raw material,seriously affected the safety and longevity of the blast furnace.However,improving the quality performance of carbon brick and ceramic cup material has been unable to meet the demands of blast furnace longevity.Composite carbon brick combined the advantages of carbon brick and ceramic cup and overcomed the disadvantages.Composite carbon brick solved the problem of iron corrosion resistance,oxidation resistance and and corrosion of zinc for carbon brick for blast furnace hearth lining.As the improvement of the the structure, "application of hearth lining safety and longevity structure technology" was formed.The technology can also be used in middle and small blast furnace and high blast furnace.In the condition low grade burden and high smelting intensity,Composite carbon brick ensure the temperature gradient of hearth distributing reasonable and the cooling system fully playing its role.Then the security of the hearth is ensured,and the blast furnace can operate in the condition of safety and longevity.
