【摘要】 河北沿海地区发展规划已经上升为国家战略,加快城镇化进程将成为河北乃至京津冀区域发展的重要动力。城镇化的本质是农民工市民化。而农民工市民化是需要成本的,这些成本主要包括经济成本、社会成本、环境成本和文化成本。其中,社会成本是农民工市民化过程中最主要的成本,以解决农民工的基本权利保障、公共服务供给、城市生活融入等问题,主要包括基础设施成本、社会保障成本、住房保障成本、私人生活成本以及职业技能成本。本文首先明确农民工市民化相关概念。其次,通过计算来分析河北省农民工市民化所需的社会成本。最后,得出需要建立社会成本分担机制来解决河北省农民工市民化问题的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development plan of Hebei coastal area has risen to a national strategy,speeding up the urbanization process will become an important force in Hebei even the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The nature of urbanization is urbanization of peasant-workers.While urbanization of peasant-workers need the cost,which include economic cost,social cost,environmental cost and cultural cost.Among them,the social cost is the uppermost,which in order to solve fundamental rights protection,the supply of public services,the private cost of living,the cost of professional skill problem.The article firstly define the related concepts about urbanization of peasant-workers.Secondly,analyzing the urbanization of peasant-workers in Hebei province by calculating.Finally,draw a conclusion that we need to build a social cost sharing mechanism to solve the urbanization of peasant-workers problem.更多还原
