加快推进河北新型城镇化的几点思考

【摘要】 城市化是人类现代化发展的主线之一。目前,我国普遍存在着城镇化滞后于工业化的现象,城市发展过程中面临着诸多理论与现实的矛盾与问题。本文基于理论与现实结合、科学性与可操作性统一视角,就河北省城镇化过程中发展水平判断、人口与布局安排、城镇功能与作用选择、城市与产业协调、管理与服务改革等进行了深入分析,同时,从政府角度提出了有效协调城镇化过程中发展障碍的政策思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urbanization is a major way by which the human society has developed into modernization.At present,there is a very common phenomenon that urbanization in our country is always lagged behind industrialization,which results in many theoretical and practical contradictions and problems.In this paper,based on the combination of theory and reality,and from the aspect of the integration of science with operability,we make deeply analyses on some problems such as the judgment of different stages of our urbanization,the population arrangement and distribution,the correlation between city and industry,the reform of management and service.Meanwhile,some official countermeasures about how to overcome the barricades in the development of urbanization are brought forward.更多还原
