带轧皮钢筋的高温快速锌钙系磷化初步研究

【摘要】 选用耐碱性良好的锌钙系磷化液,对带与不带轧皮的钢筋进行常规中温磷化和模拟轧后的高温快速磷化,通过硫酸铜点蚀实验、电化学实验和失重法对磷化前后钢筋的耐蚀性及耐碱性进行对比研究。实验结果表明:常规中温磷化可显著提高带轧皮和不带轧皮钢筋的耐蚀性,相同条件下,前者耐蚀性稍逊于后者;高温快速磷化同样可提高两种钢筋的耐蚀性,但处理效果逊于常规中温磷化,但明显优于未处理钢筋的耐蚀性;两种钢筋表面的磷化膜在模拟混凝土孔溶液中对钢筋的稳定性无不良影响,但磷化膜的耐碱行为尚需进一步研究。总之,高温快速磷化技术可明显提高钢筋的耐大气腐蚀能力,技术上可行,有工程应用潜力。

【Abstract】 The Zn-Ca phosphating recipe is chosen to modify the surface of rebar with or without mill scale by traditional process or high-temperature rapid phosphating,which is aimed to be used during the rolling or just after rolling process.The corrosion resistance of the conversion films are tested by sulfate copper pitting test,electrochemical polarization and weight loss tests.The results show that the traditional phosphatig technique could remarkably increase the corrosion resistance of rebar with or without mill scale,though the later one always performs much better than the former one.High-temperature rapid phosphating which is put forward in the present paper is also able to improve the corrosion resistance of both kinds rebar,even though the current process is not as good as the traditional one.The conversion films don’t show any negative effect on the corrosion resistance of both kinds rebar,but the anti-alkali behavior of phosphating films obtained needs further study.The high-temperature rapid phosphating formulated in the present work has potential to be used in practice in the future.
