预应力碳板加固大尺度裂缝RC梁试验研究

【摘要】 预应力碳板加固作为一种新型桥梁加固手段,能够充分发挥碳纤维板材的高强性能,提高其利用效率。本文对大尺度含损伤(裂缝)混凝土梁进行了预应力碳板加固试验分析,在介绍预应力碳纤维板加固系统的基础上,进行三点加载的静载试验。试验结果表明,预应力碳板加固对开裂荷载、屈服荷载、极限荷载、抗弯刚度有不同程度的提升,提高了预设裂缝混凝土梁的抗裂性能,同时降低了混凝土的延性水平。
【Abstract】 As a new and efficient means of bridge strengthening,Prestressed reinforced carbon plate can fully exert the advantage of high-strength material performance and improve the utilization efficiency of the material.In this paper,prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement is analyzed on large scale damaged(preset cracks) concrete beam.On the basis of introducing prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement system,a set of crack concrete beams was designed and three-point loading static load experiment was conducted.The experimental results show that by prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement,crack load,yield load,ultimate load and bending stiffness have risen at different level.Prestressed CFRP plate reinforcement also improve beam crack resistance,and decrease the ductility level of the concrete.
