加固灌浆料基本力学性能试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES FOR CEMENT-BASED GROUT USED FOR REINFORCEMENT

【摘要】 采用三种水泥基加固灌浆料,试验研究了各加固灌浆料不同尺寸试件的立方体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、棱柱体抗压强度和弹性模量,并基于试验数据,回归分析力学性能间的转化关系,以及不同尺寸试件的尺寸效应换算系数。结果显示:加固灌浆料的折压比、劈裂抗拉与抗压强度间的转化系数低于混凝土,另外抗压强度尺寸效应换算系数也低于高强混凝土,说明加固灌浆料脆性更大。
【Abstract】 By using 3 cement-based grouts for reinforcement bought in market,different sizes of mechanical properties including cubic compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,prism compressive strength and static compressive elastic modulus were tested.Based on test data,transfer relation between mechanical properties and size effect conversion coefficient were analyzed.Results showed the grouts’ flexural to compressive strength ratio and transfer factor of compressive strength to splitting tensile strength were lower than those of concrete,also size effect conversion coefficient of compressive strength was lower,thesed indicate cement-based grouts for reinforcement were more brittle than concrete.
