高温后ECC力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 对经历20~800℃温度作用后的ECC试块的表面特征、微观结构、质量损失、立方体抗压强度以及抗折强度等进行了试验,研究了高温后ECC力学性能与所经历温度的关系,分析了高温后ECC力学性能退化的原因,并与普通混凝土的研究成果进行了对比,最后提出了经历不同温度后ECC立方体抗压强度和抗折强度的计算方法。

【Abstract】 Experimental research on surface characteristics,microstructure characterization,macroscopic failure pattern,mass loss,the residual cube compressive strength and flexural strength of ECC after high temperature was conducted.The relationship between mechanical properties of ECC and the temperature was studied.The reason of the degradation of ECC’s mechanical properties after high temperature was analysed.The comparison between ECC and concrete was reported.Finally,the formulas of residual cube compressive strength and flexural strength after high temperature were suggested.
