滑坡治理稳定状态决策分析及效果评价方法研究

【摘要】 山地丘陵区,因高等级公路建设引发路堑滑坡,其历经治理的稳定状态和效果评价是不容忽视的问题。基于杭金衢K103滑坡的地形地质条件和工程治理情况,构建多因子多层次综合决策模型,实现滑坡历经治理的稳定性决策分析及工程效果评价,而且编制相应的计算分析程序。同时结合综合决策模型评判集,定义模糊加权安全度,表征和确定滑坡历经治理所处的稳定状态等级区间。研究结果表明:滑坡历经治理所处状态为基本稳定状态,其模糊加权安全度为1.210,综合治理方案可行,各项工程措施充分发挥功能效应,滑坡整体稳定、可靠,安全储备足,能够保障公路正常运营和安全行车。通过实测对比和计算验证,也进一步论证了决策分析模型的合理性、可靠性,是一种科学的分析方法。

【Abstract】 At mountainous area,landslides are triggered because of highway construction and excavation at foot.The problem of steady-state decision analysis and treatment effect evaluation of landslide through comprehensive treatment can’t be ignored.Based on topography and geological condition and engineering treatment situation of highway landslide,the comprehensive decision model of multi-factors and multi-levels was constructed and used to implement steady-state decision analysis and treatment effect evaluation of landslide through comprehensive treatment.Moreover,corresponding calculation analysis procedures were developed.Simultaneously,combined evaluation set of comprehensive decision model,the fuzzy weighted safety was defined and used to represent and determine steady-state grade interval of landslide through comprehensive treatment.Research results showed that the landslide through comprehensive treatment was in stable state,and the fuzzy weighted safety of landslide was 1.210.The program of landslide comprehensive treatment was feasible,and various engineering measures exert functional effects fully.The landslide through comprehensive treatment was stable,reliable,and security.It could supply indemnification for normal operation and safe driving of highway.Through measurement comparison and calculation verification,the rationality and reliability of decision analysis model were further demonstrated.Obviously,it was a scientific analysis method.
