菱形垂直多孔页岩烧结保温砌块砌体基本力学性能试验研究

【摘要】 通过对菱形垂直多孔页岩烧结保温砌块砌体轴心受压和沿通缝抗剪性能试验研究,分析了该孔型结构砌块砌体破坏特征与受力机理。试验结果表明:菱形垂直多孔页岩烧结保温砌块砌体受压破坏过程与破坏形态和矩形垂直多孔砌块相似,均以企口面或宽面裂缝贯通砌体而丧失承载力;受剪破坏形态以单剪破坏为主;通过对试验数据统计分析,认为专用砂浆强度测定应以同材料块体为底模制作试块;对试验数据进行回归分析给出了砌体抗压与抗剪强度平均值计算公式;用指数函数形式表达式描述其受压应力-应变曲线,与实测值吻合较好,并给出弹性模量及泊松比的实测值。
【Abstract】 Through the experimental study on axial compressive property and shear behavior of shale fired heatinsulation block masonry with lattice perforation,the failure characteristics and stress mechanism of this hole pattern block masonry were analyzed.The results showed that the compression failure process and failure mode of shale fired heat-insulation block masonry with lattice perforation was similar with rectangular hole block masonry,losing bearing capacity due to through cracks in the grooved surface or the wide surface of masonry.The main shear failure pattern was single shear failure.The special mortar test block was made with the same material bed die.The calculation formula of average value of compressive and shear strength on masonry were proposed by analyzing experimental data.The normalization stress-strain curve expression was given according to experimental results and calculating value of elasticity modulus and Poisson’s ratio were given too.
