子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗难治性产后出血的临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的:研究分析子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗难治性产后出血的临床疗效。方法:将我院在2012年6月至2013年12月难治性产后大出血的84例患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗,对照组采用子宫切除治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果:对比两组患者的手术时间、术后下地活动时间以及术后平均住院天数以及两组术后并发症情况,差异有统计学意义(且P<0.05)。结论:子宫动脉栓塞介入治疗缩短手术时间、减少患者痛苦、术后较快恢复,值得大力推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of uterine artery embolization interventional treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:In our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 intractable postpartum hemorrhage 84 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group received interventional treatment of uterine artery embolization,the control group with hysterectomy treatment,observation the clinical effects of two groups of patients.Results:The comparison of the two groups were operative time,postoperative ambulation time,and the average length of hospital stay and postoperative complications after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(and P < 0.05).Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization interventional treatment shorten the operation time,reduce patient pain,faster recovery after surgery.更多还原
