【摘要】 目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤后并发骨质疏松症性疼痛的临床特点及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析24例恢复期神志清醒的重型颅脑损伤后并发骨质疏松症性疼痛患者的临床资料,包括临床表现及诊断治疗方法。结果24例重型颅脑损伤后并发骨质疏松症性疼痛患者表现为不同程度的自发性腰背痛、腰背部抽搐样疼痛、胸胁区痛、负重性疼痛或周身性骨痛、起坐转侧困难,伴椎体叩痛;早期症状隐匿,诊断曲折,常因并发外伤性精神障碍导致误诊及漏诊;给予依降钙素、骨化三醇、钙尔奇、康复、高压氧等综合治疗能有效缓解患者疼痛。结论:重型颅脑损伤后并发骨质疏松症性疼痛患者自发性疼痛表现呈多样性,容易误诊及漏诊,治疗过程中如提前预防、尽早发现颅脑损伤后并发的骨质疏松症性疼痛,采用综合治疗可获得满意疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of Osteoporosis Pain after severe traumatic brain injury.Methods:Review the clinical data of 24 cases of patients in recovery period with osteoporosis pain after severe traumatic brain injury,and analyze its clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment methods.Results:The 24 patients with osteoporosis pain after severe traumatic brain injury showed varying degrees of spontaneity back pain,lower back twitch- like pain,chest pain,weight- bearing pain or whole body bone pain,difficulty of sit- up and turn around.And it is difficult to early diagnosis,often due to mental disorder complicated with traumatic and easily lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.A comprehensive treatment by given calcitonin,calcitriol,Caltrate can effectively relieve pain and promote patient recovery.Conclusions:The clinical manifestations of patients with osteoporosis pain after severe traumatic brain injury show the diversity and easily lead to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.In the treatment process,such as early prevention,early detection of traumatic brain injury complicated with osteoporosis pain,and combined treatment can obtain satisfactory outcome.更多还原
