浅析细菌性皮肤感染采用夫西地酸乳膏治疗的临床效果与安全性评价

【摘要】 目的:为研究夫西地酸乳膏对细菌性皮肤感染治疗的临床效果并对其安全性做出评价。方法:笔者选用平行对照的方法,对128例细菌性皮肤感染的患者进行临床试验,其中64例患者每日三次外敷夫西地酸乳膏,连续外敷使用两个疗程(14d)。另外64例患者每日三次外敷莫匹罗星软膏,同样连续外敷使用两个疗程。在试验同时观察患者是否出现不良反应,以便对药物的安全性做出正确评价。结果:对于实验组的64例患者中,在经过两个疗程的治疗后,共57例痊愈,62例显效。对对照组的64例患者中,两个疗程后,43例痊愈,50例显效。结论:对于试验组的64例患者,在连续治疗两个疗程之后,根据患者的治疗效果先做出如下总结,并对夫西地酸乳膏的安全性做出如下评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study Fusidic Acid Cream clinical effect of treatment of bacterial skin infection and its safety evaluation for the purpose of making.Selection method of parallel control method the author,clinical trials of 128 patients with bacterial skin infection,among which 64 cases were three times daily topical Fusidic Acid Cream,continuous external use two course(14d).The other 64 patientsthree times daily topical Mupirocin Ointment continuous external use,the same two courses.In the test and observe whether patients had adverse reaction,so that the safety of drugs make right evaluation.Results in 64 cases of experimental group patients,after two courses of treatment,57 cases were cured,62 cases markedly effective.In 64 cases of the control group of patients,twomonths after treatment,43 cases were cured,50 cases markedly effective.Conclusion for the 64 cases of test group patients,after treatment of two courses,according to the treatment of patients with first make the following conclusion,and safety of fusidic acid cream to make the followingevaluation.更多还原
