【摘要】 目的:分析肝硬化患者TIPSS术后肝性脑病发生率。方法82例肝硬化患者TIPSS术(支架直径8mm 55例、10mm 27例)后随访3个月,其中48例随访12个月,比较不同时间、不同肝功分级、不同直径支架的患者肝性脑病发生率。结果82例肝硬化患者TIPSS术后3个月内肝性脑病发生19例,其中14例发生在1个月内,且13例术中使用8mm直径支架,6例术中使用10mm直径支架;48例TIPSS术后12个月内发生肝性脑病12例,其中7例术中使用8mm直径支架,5例术中使用10mm直径支架;肝功Child-Pugh分级A级14例患者发生肝性脑病2例,肝功Child-Pugh分级B级43例患者发生肝性脑病13例,肝功Child-Pugh分级C级25例患者发生肝性脑病10例。结论:直径8mm覆膜支架术后肝性脑病发生率低;肝功分级越差,术后肝性脑病发生率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study analysis the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy of cirrhotic patients who underwent transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS).Methods Follow up of 82 cases of TIPSS(The diameter of the stent in 55 patients with 8mm,27 cases of 10mm) in patients with liver cirrhosis 3 months after operation,48 cases of TIPSS in patients with liver cirrhosis patients were followed up for 12 months,compared the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy in different time,different liver function grade and different diameter.Results In 82 cases of TIPSS patients with cirrhosis of the liver in3 months after the operation of hepatic encephalopathy occurred in 19 cases,of which 14 cases occurred within 1 months,And in 13 cases with 8 mm diameter of stent,the stent diameter 10 mm in 6 cases;48 patients 12 months after TIPSS in hepatic encephalopathy in 12 cases,7 cases with 8mm diameter of stent,the stent diameter 10 mm in 5 cases;2 cases of encephalopathy hepatic Child Pugh grade A in 14 patients,hepatic encephalopathy occurred in 13 cases of liver Child a Pugh class B in 43 cases of patients,10 cases of encephalopathy liver Child Pugh class C in 25 cases.Conclusion 8mm diameter stent low incidence of postoperative hepatic encephalopathy,the worse liver function grade,the higher the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy.更多还原
