【摘要】 目的:探讨RECK、MMP-14及MMP 9在喉癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:应用RT-PCR和Westem-blot检测50例喉癌组织,22例声门息肉组织及20例正常喉部黏膜组织RECK、MMP-14及MMP 9表达,分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:MMP-14和MMP 9在喉癌组织的阳性率均明显高于在息肉组织及正常黏膜组织,且其高表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);RECK喉癌组织的表达低于癌旁和息肉组织,其与MMP-14和MMP9呈负相关。结论:喉癌组织中存在RECK基因的低表达和MMP-14,MMP-9基因的高表达,联合检测RECK、MMP14、MMP9基因的表达对喉癌的诊断以及转移和临床分期的判断具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate RECK,MMP- 14 and MMP 9 expression and clinical significance in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods RT- PCR and Western- blot detection of 50 cases of laryngeal carcinoma,22 cases of supraglottic polyps and 20 normal laryngeal mucosa RECK,MMP- 14 and MMP 9 expression,analyze its relationship with clinical and pathological features.Results MMP- 14 and MMP 9 in laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than positive polyps and normal mucosa in,and its high expression and lymph node metastasis(P <0.05);RECK expression in laryngeal carcinoma below paracancerous and polyps,it was with the MMP- 14 and MMP 9 negative.Conclusion Low expression of RECK gene laryngeal carcinoma and MMP- 14,MMF- 9 gene,combined detection of RECK,MMP14,diagnosis of laryngeal cancer metastasis and clinical stage and the judgment of MMP9 gene expression has important significance.更多还原
