PCI对不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆瘦素的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨冠心病惠不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗(PCI)前后血浆瘦素的水平及相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫法测定不稳定型心绞痛患者药物对照组及PCI治疗组治疗前及治疗后24小时,第5天,第28天血浆瘦素水平。不稳定型心绞痛药物治疗组30例,PCI治疗组30例,健康对照组30例。结果:不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆瘦素浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);与T1时相比,PCI治疗组在T2时血浆瘦素浓度升高(P<0.05);与非PCI治疗组相比,PCI治疗组血浆瘦素浓度降低(P<0.05)。结论:PCI短期内可使不稳定型心绞痛患者血浆瘦素水平升高,但其远期水平是降低的,表明及早行PCI对不稳定心绞痛患者起到积极作用。血浆高瘦素水平参与了冠心病的发生与发展,检测瘦素水平的变化对于临床评估冠心病的疗效及预后具有重要的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective On patients with unstable angina before and after percutaneous coronary interention treatment plasma leptin levels and correlation.Method The level of plasma Leptin were measured by ELISA in instant,twenty- four hours 、the fifth day、the twenty- eighth day after PCI with The drug therapy group and PCI treatment group.30 patients with drug therapy group,30 patients with PCI treatment group and 30 healthy volunteers.Result Unstable angina pectoris plasma leptin levels in patients with higher than that of control group(P <0.05).PCI 24 hours after treatment the plasma leptin levels were significantly higher than that of the drug therapy group(P < 0.05).PCI was higher than before PCI plasma leptin levels 24 hours after treatment(P < 0.05).PCI was higher than before PCI plasma leptin levels 28 days after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion In the PCI group,compared with Tl,the plasma concentration of Leptin was significantly increased at T2.Compared with non PCI group,the plasma concentration of Leptin was decreased in the PCI group(p < 0.05).Conclusion PCI can inhibit the plasma Leptin,thus attenuating the cardiac injury.High plasma leptin levels involved in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Change detection of leptin levels has important clinical significance for the clinical assessment of curative effect and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
