高血压患者健康管理中自我效能感状况分析

【摘要】 目的:调查高血压患者自我效能感的现状,为制定针对性健康管理措施提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取高血压患者450例,采用一般资料调查表,自我效能感调查表收集资料。结果:高血压患者自我效能感较低,自我效能感平均分1-1.9分占4.44%;2-2.9分占73.33%,3-3.9占22.22%。结论:高血压患者自我效能感的水平较低,建议加强健康教育及相关干预措施,提高其生活质量。更多还原
