【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)病情变化与血尿酸(UA)水平变化的关系。方法:选择NYHA心功能Ⅲ-Ⅳ级的CHF患者75例,随机分为常规对照组,别嘌呤醇0.3/d治疗1组和0.6/d治疗2组,监测治疗前后UA、NT-proBNP、hs-CRP、LVED、EF、FS、HCT水平及病情变化。结果:1.完成治疗72例中80%合并高尿酸血症,治疗后总体UA与NT-proBNP水平平均下将20-30%,明显好转者NTproBNP下降约70%;2.治疗前心功能Ⅳ级比Ⅲ级患者UA、NT-proBNP水平明显增高(p<0.05);3.别嘌呤醇0.3/d降尿酸治疗1组好转率明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:CHF的心衰程度与UA、NT-proBNP水平存在正相关关系,CHF短期内(3月-半年内)的疗效及预后评估,可结合症状及简单的UA动态检测来实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective;Chronic congestive heart failure(chronic heart failure,CHF) di- sease and blood uric acid(UA) level changes.Method;Choose the heart function NYHA class Ⅲ- Ⅳ CHF patients 75 cases,randomly divid- ed into normal control group,allo- purinol 0.3 / d treatment as group 1 and 0.6 / d tre- atment of 2 groups,Monitoring befo- re and after the treatment of UA,NT- pro BNP,hs- CRP,LVED,EF,FS,HCT level and condition changes.Results;1.The complete treatment of 72 cas- es and high uric acid hematic disease(80%),UA and the NT- pro- BNP levels af ter treatment under the average 20- 30%,significantly improved in the NT- proBNP drop- ped by about 70%;2.Heart function levels Ⅳ than Ⅲ UA patients before treatme- nt,the NT- proBNP level increased significantly(p <0.05);3.The 1 group wi th the all- opurinol 0.3 / d treatment was obviously higher than that of contr- ol grou-p(p < 0.05).Conclusion:the degree of CHF heart failure with UA,NT- pro BNP level there is a positive correlation relationship,CHF(march- half a year) in the short term cura-tive effect and prognosis evaluation,can be combined with symptoms,and simple UA dynamic detection.更多还原
