脂代谢异常与糖尿病视网膜病变相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:探究脂代谢水平和糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法:在我院选择2013年11月到2014年11因糖尿病视网膜病变进行在院治疗的以及在体检当中确诊为尿病视网膜病变的患者,有115例患者作为病例组,没有发生视网膜病变有100例患者作为对照组,全部患者进行眼科的检测,项目有:最佳矫正视力、眼压检测、SLM裂隙灯显微镜、眼底检测、眼底荧光造影。对糖尿病以及糖尿病视网膜病变的进行诊断。对全部的患者进行:甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的检测,结果经过检测可以观察得到两组患者的TG、TC、LDL含量为:病例组5.3±3.7、5.6±1.1、3.3±1.4,对比组的TG、TC、LDL含量为1.4±0.9、5.1±1.1、2.9±1.2,两组进行对比发现TG、TC区别较大,病例组均高于对照组,但是HDL的含量并没有出现显著性的差异,即P<0.05。结论:病人在初期患有糖尿病时即会产生不同水平的脂代谢紊乱现象,伴随着病情的发展,脂代谢紊乱的水平也会随之发生改变。由高血糖引发的蛋白糖基反应对于TC代谢紊乱存在主要影响,且加重病情。以上原因或许为脂蛋白酶活性减少以及胰岛素对TG的合成与分解代谢作用不均衡的效果。在此项分析中可观察到,患有糖尿病病人的血脂特异性体现为TG、LDL上升,HDL下降。并且脂代谢水平和糖尿病视网膜病变有不可分割的关系。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between lipid metabolism and diabetic retinopathy.Methods 2013 in our hospital from November to 2014 11 due toretinopathy urinary disease in hospital treatment as well as in the physical examination confirmed the diagnosis of retinopathy urinary diseases patients 115 patients as case group,without the occurrence of retinal lesions in 100 patients as control group,all the patients were detected,the Department of Ophthalmology of the project are;the best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,slit lamp microscope detection of SLM,detection,fundus fluorescence fundus angiography.On diabetes and diabetic retinopathy diagnosis.Results after detection can beobserved two groups of patients with TG,TC,LDL content in the case group 5.3 +3.7,5.6 + 1.1,3.3 + 1.4,contrast group TG,TC,LDL content was 1.4 + 0.9,5.1 +1.1,2.9 + 1.2,the two groups were compared and found that the difference is bigger,the case group were higher than that of control group,but the content of HDL and nosignificant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion dyslipidemia diabetes early on that will produce different levels,accompanied by the development of the disease,disorder of lipid metabolism level will also change immediately.High blood sugar caused byglycosylation reaction for TC mainly affects the metabolic disorder,and aggravate the condition.The above reasons may reduce lipid and insulin protease activity of TG synthesis and catabolic Role Imbalance effect.Observed in the current analysis,diabetes patients serum lipid specificity manifests for the TG,LDL increased,HDL decreased.There is inseparable relationship between lipid metabolism and diabetic retinopathy
