【摘要】 目的:本研究通过分析MAGE-A1和Livin在骨肉瘤中的表达,探讨两者在骨肉瘤的早期诊疗及预后中的意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测我院骨科于2001年—2013年收治的61例骨肉瘤患者的肿瘤组织石蜡切片标本及10例正常骨痂组织标本中MAGE-A1和Livin的表达,分析两者表达的相关性及与骨肉瘤各临床病理指标及其预后之间的关系。结果:MAGE-A1和Livin在61例骨肉瘤患者中的阳性表达率分别为60.7%和65.6%,而在10例正常骨痂组织中的阳性表达率分别为0.0%和10.0%,两组之间阳性表达率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MAGE-A1和Livin的阳性表达与骨肉瘤肿瘤的大小、Enncking分期及五年生存率相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、病理分型及肿瘤的部位无关(P>0.05);MAGE-A1和Livin的阳性表达之间无相关性(r=0.052,P=0.690,P>0.05)。结论:MAGE-A1和Livin在骨肉瘤组织中均高表达,并与骨肉瘤Enncking临床分期、肿瘤大小及五年生存率呈正相关,二者可能共同参与骨肉瘤的发生、发展,并与骨肉瘤患者预后密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:The aim of the study is to investigate the expression of MAGE- Al and Livin in osteosarcoma and analyze the correlation between MAGE- Al and Livin for their role in the treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma.Methods:Expression of MAGE- Al and Livin in 61 osteosarcoma tissues and 10 normal bone tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Analyzed of correlation between them and the relationship between clinical pathology in osteosarcoma.All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS version 19.0.Results:The positivity expression rates of MAGE- Al and livin in 61 osteosarcoma tissues respectively were 60.7%and 65.6%.while in the normal bone tissue respectively were 0.0%and 10.0%(P < 0.05).MAGE- Al and Livin positivity were significantly correlated with tumor size and survival rate and Enneking staging but were independent of the tumor location,age and sexuality of the patient.Livin protein expression was not correlated with expression of MAGE- Al protein(r = 0.052,P = 0.690,P > 0.05).Conclusion:MAGE-Al and Livin protein all highly expression in osteosarcoma,and them were not correlated with the expression.These 2 groups of proteins may play an important role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of osteosarcoma.更多还原
