【摘要】 目的:探讨GLP-1类似物利拉鲁肽对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠糖代谢及血清网膜素(omentin)的影响。方法:予6周龄Wistar大鼠来曲唑灌胃建立PCOS动物模型。建模成功后PCOS大鼠分为PCOS对照组、利拉鲁肽组(利拉鲁肽皮下注射)、二甲双胍组(二甲双胍灌胃),另取正常雌性大鼠为正常对照组。干预3周后取血测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、睾酮(T),ELISA法检测血清omentin水平。结果:与PCOS对照组相比,利拉鲁肽组体重、FINS、稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)、T下降,干预后omentin上升(p<0.05),与二甲双胍组比较以上各指标无显著差异(p>0.05),与正常对照组比较,FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、干预后omentin无明显差异(p>0.05),T显著升高(p<0.05)。结论:GLP-1类似物利拉鲁肽改善PCOS大鼠胰岛素抵抗状态,增加血清omentin浓度,与常用的胰岛素增敏剂二甲双胍效果类似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Liraglutide on glycometabolism and omentin in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) rats induced by Letrozole.Methods 28 six- week- old Wistar rats were fed letrozole to established animal model of PCOS.After successful established the model,the PCOS rats were divided into PCOS control group,Liraglutide group(subcutaneous with Liraglutide),Metformine group(gavage with Metformin).8 normal female rats as normal control group.After intervention for 3 weeks,Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),testosterone(T) were detected.Omentin was detected by ELISA.Results As compared to those in PCOS control group,the body weight,FPG,FINS,homeostasis model assessment- insulin resistance(HOMA- IR,)T were decreased(p < 0.05),and omentin were increased(p < 0.05) in Liraglutide group as well as in Metformin group.Conclusion Liraglutide could improve insulin resistance and hyperandrogenism,increased serum omentin concentrations in PCOS rats.Liraglutide have the similar effect with insulin sensitizer Metform in PCOS rats.更多还原
