【摘要】 目的:探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)在肿瘤护理中的临床应用分析。方法:选择自我院2012年6月至2014年6月收治的肿瘤患者160例,按入院就诊序列号随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。观察组给予PICC护理,对照组采用一般护理,综合评价两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者的满意度为97.50%明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者并发症发生率为3.75%明显低于对照组23.75%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PICC在肿瘤护理中具有安全可靠,易于操作,并发症少、患者满意度高等优点,值得临床推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC) analysis of the clinical applications in cancer care in the.Methods:160 patients with tumor hospital from 2012 June to 2014 June selftreated patients,according to hospital admission sequence number were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.The observation group was given PICC nursing,the control group usedgeneral nursing,nursing evaluation effect of the two groups of patients.Results:the patients in the observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than97.5%for 68.75%in the control group,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P < 0.01);patients in the observation group the incidence rate of complication is 3.75%,significantly lower than the control group 23.75%,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P< 0.01).Conclusion:PICC is safe and reliable,in oncology nursing in easy operation,fewer complications,patients satisfaction etc.,is worth the clinical promotion and application.更多还原
