【摘要】 目的:总结腹腔镜治疗新生儿环状胰腺的围手术期护理经验和评价其临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月至1014年1月应用腹腔镜诊断和治疗的11例新生儿环状胰腺资料,其中男性7例,女性4例,年龄1-14d.均采用5-8mmHg低压气腹,行完全腹腔镜十二指肠菱形吻合术。围术期针对新生儿特点给予消化道,呼吸道等规范化护理,保证患儿的顺利治疗和恢复。结果:11例患儿均经手术证实为环状胰腺。所有患儿均疗效满意,症状消失,营养状态及生长发育良好,治愈出院。结论:腹腔镜治疗新生儿环状胰腺的围术期,充分了解新生儿特点,并针对其特点进行细致入微的病情观察,细心,细致,得当的护理是减少术后并发症,促进患儿早日康复的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Methods Retrospective analysis the 11 cases of neonatal annular from January 2010 to January 2014 which diagnosis and treatment by laparoscopic,including 7 males and 4 females,ages 1- 12 d.The laparoscopic duodenal diamond anastomosis was by using 5- 8mmHg low pressure pneumoperitoneum.The standardization of care such as digestive tract,respiratory tract were given according to the characteristics of Perioperative to newborns which to ensure the newborns’ treatment and recovery.Results All the 11 cases were confirmed annular pancreas by surgery.All the newborns were satisfactory,symptoms,nutritional and growth status well and cured.Conclusion The perioperative of Laparoscopic newborn annular pancreas,fully understand the characteristics of the newborn,and according to its characteristics to give nuanced observation,careful and proper care is important ensure to reduce postoperative complications and promote the newborns speedy recovery.更多还原
