【摘要】 目的:探讨眼外伤住院患者的疾病特征和变化趋势,为眼外伤的防治提供流行病学资料。方法:收集2008年1月至2012年12月三峡大学仁和医院眼科住院治疗的225例(251眼)成人(≥18岁)眼外伤患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果:发病年龄以青壮年居多,30~50岁患者占58.7%;男女性别比为4.23:1;绝大多数(86.7%)患者从事体力劳动;各类交通事故(44.0%)是导致受伤的主要原因;损伤类型主要为机械性外伤(89.8%);受伤眼别中以右眼居多(48.9%);40.9%的患者在伤后2小时内就诊。治疗后患者视力较术前有明显提高,重度视力损害及盲的比例明显下降,轻度视力损害及正常视力人数明显增多,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。预后视力与伤后就诊时间的Pearson相关系数r=0.318,P=0.004。5年间眼外伤患者总人数呈增加趋势,男性眼外伤患者自2010年以后呈明显上升趋势;视力预后中视力盲的占比呈逐年降低的趋势,视力预后为正常视力和轻度视力损害的患者占比呈逐年增加的趋势。结论:从事体力劳动的青壮年男性是成人眼外伤的好友人群,交通事故引起的各类机械性外伤较多,及时就诊可以降低眼外伤致盲率、减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigate disease characteristics and trends of ocular trauma inpatients,to provide epidemiological data for the prevention and treatment of ocular trauma.Methods Collected clinical data of 225 cases(251 eyes) inpatients with ocular trauma from January 2008 to December 2012 in Renhe Hospital of Three Gorges University were retrospectively analyzed.Results Most of the ocular trauma were young adults,30 to 50 years old accounted for58.7%of patients,gender ratio of 4.23:1.86.7%of patients engaged in manual work,various types of accidents(44.0%) is the main cause injury,major type of injury mechanical trauma(89.8%).wounded another in the eye to the right eye,mostly(48.9%).40.9%of patients in the clinic within 2 hours after injury.After treatment,visual acuity significantly improved,severe visual impairment and blindness was significantly decreased,mild visual impairment and significantly increased the number of normal vision,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001).Prognosis vision and injury treatment time Pearson correlation coefficient r=0.318,P = 0.004.5 years ocular trauma total number of patients showed an increasing trend,male ocular trauma patients since 2010 after a clear upward trend;visual prognosis of visual blind accounted ratio was gradually decreasing trend,visual prognosis of normal vision and the proportion of patients with mild visual impairment showed a rising trend.Conclusion The young men are engaged in manual adult eye injuries occur crowd,all kinds of traffic accidents caused by mechanical trauma are more timely treatment can reduce blinding eye injury rate and reduce complications.更多还原
