硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察妊娠期高血压疾病患者实施治疗的过程中硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月我院84例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,将其随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合拉贝洛尔进行治疗。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率为95.2%,对照组患者临床治疗有效率为88.1%,观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病具有显著效果,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension disease in the process of magnesium sulfate combined liberally clinical curative effect.Methods Choose between January 2012 and January 2014 in our hospital 84 cases of patients with gestational hypertension disease,will be randomly divided into observation group(42 cases) and control group(42 cases) and control group treated with magnesium sulfate,the observation group in the control group on the basis of joint liberally for treatment.Results Observation group of patients with the clinical effective rate was 95.2%,control group patients clinical effective rate was 88.1%,the observation group clinical treatment effectiveness is higher than the control group,the data contrast was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined therapy with liberally gestational hypertension disease has significant effect,worth clinical promotion.更多还原
