【摘要】 目的:研究半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)在食管鳞癌中的表达,并探讨其在食管鳞癌进展过程中的意义。方法:应用免疫组化法研究50例食管鳞癌组织和20例食管正常粘膜中Galectin-3的表达情况,分析其表达结果与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤组织分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期间的关系。结果:1、Galectin-3在食管鳞癌中的表达明显高于食管正常粘膜中的表达,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。2、Galectin-3在食管鳞癌的表达与浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:食管鳞癌组织中Galectin-3的高表达在食管鳞癌的发生发展过程中起到重要作用,同时Galectin-3与食管鳞癌浸润生长及远处播散有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between Galectin-3 expression and the clinicalpathological characteristic of esophageal carcinoma.Method:Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine protein expression of Galectin-3 in 50 esophageal carcinoma( EC) tissues and 20 normal mucosa( NM) tissues as well as the relationship of Galectin-3 with the clinical pathological characteristics of esophageal carcinoma patients such as age,gender,length of tumour,differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Results:Expression of Galectin-3 in EC showed signifycantly higher than that in NM( P < 0.01,P < 0.01),and it was positively correlated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Conclusion:The high expression of Galectin-3 may cause the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer.It could be a predictive and prognostic factor of EC.更多还原
