【摘要】 目的:分析喉罩在老年患者盆腔手术中应用效果。方法:研究对象选取本院2011年9月至2013年8月收治的108例老年盆腔手术患者,随机方法分组。对照组患者采用气管插管全身麻醉,实验组患者采用喉罩全身麻醉。对比分析两组患者各时间点SBP、DBP、HR等指标的变化以及并发症发生率的差异性。结果:与对照组比较,实验组患者术中各时间点SBP、DBP、HR等指标更平稳,经t检验分析发现组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,经卡方检验分析发现组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年盆腔手术中应用喉罩有助于保持术中血压、心率平稳,减少并发症,对保障老年患者的手术安全具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of the laryngeal mask application in elderly patients with pelvic surgery.Methods:Subjects selected hospital from September 2011 to August 2013 were treated 108 cases of pelvic surgery in elderly patients,randomly grouped.In the control group were treated with general anesthesia,the experimental group were treated with laryngeal mask anesthesia.Comparison of the two groups of patients at each time point SBP,DBP,HR,and other indicators of differences in the incidence of complications.Results:Compared with control group,the experimental group patients undergoing various points in time SBP,DBP,HR and other indicators of a more stable,by t test analysis showed that between-group differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,by chi-square test between group analysis found statistically significant( P < 0.05) differences.Conclusion:The pelvic surgery in elderly laryngeal mask helps maintain intraoperative blood pressure,heart rate steady,reduce complications,surgery to protect the safety of elderly patients have positive clinical significance.更多还原
